CTV news has finally covered the fact that Nicole Doucet, a small town school teacher from Digby County, N.S, was legally allowed to hire a hitman for which she stood to inherit over $1,000,000 according to CTV.
Canada only finances DV shelters for women, refusing service to 49.3% of the victims of domestic violence (men).
